Dues
Monthly dues are $520.00 and are due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a late fee. Payments should be made to "La Costa Hills HOA".

Homeowners have many options for paying their monthly dues.
Mailed Invoice:
If you would like to sign up for a statement to be mailed to you each month so you can pay via check, please contact the property manager.
Automatic Debit:
Homeowners can sign up to have their monthly dues automatically debited from their account. Contact the property manager for more information.

Pay Online:
Homeowners can pay their monthly assessment online with a checking account or credit card through the homeowner web portal. Please contact the management office to obtain your portal account registration information. Fees will apply.
