Dues:
Monthly dues are $454.00 and are due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a late fee. Payments should be made to "La Costa Hills HOA".
Homeowners have many options for paying their monthly dues.

Homeowners can pay their monthly assessment online with a checking account or credit card through the homeowner web portal. Please contact the management office to obtain an online portal letter for registering your account. Fees will apply. The web portal can be accessed here
Automatic Debit:
Homeowners can sign up to have their monthly dues automatically debited from their account. Contact the property manager for more information.
