Glass, pets and smoking are not allowed in the pool area.
Access to the amenities at La Costa Hills is available via our key fob system. Each unit may only have one key fob. There is a $100 charge to replace a key fob. Key fobs may be turned off for unpaid assessments or violations of the association's governing documents. To inquire about your key fob please contact our property management company.
