Please contact the property management company for the gate code. The code should not be published and fines may be incurred for any resident that publishes the code. Residents may also gain access to the property in one of the following ways:
Gate Remote - Gate remotes can be purchased for $30.00. Please place the payment in the HOA. Once the payment has been made, please send an e-mail to the property management company so arrangements can be made to deliver the remote to your unit.
Entry into the Gate System - Residents can have their number placed into the gate system. Landlines and cell phones can be put into the system. Please send an e-mail to the property management company with your name, unit number and the phone number that you would like to have added to the gate system.
Once your number has been added to the system, guests will locate your name in the gate directory. Press call and the gate box will call the phone number that you had placed into the system. You then dial 9 from your phone to open the gate.
