Architectural Requests:
No changes or additions to the exterior of the units (including but not limited to planting of trees, antennas, building or patio covers, exterior sunshades, awnings, walls, fences, etc.) may be made unless approved in writing by the Board of Directors. Plans, specifications, contractor information including license and insurance information, and an Architectural Request Form must be sent to the Architectural Committee for review and approval prior to installation. Documents - All architectural submittals must include the following documents:

Contractor's License Number
Contactor's Insurance Certificate
Photos & Specifications for Materials
Timing - It is the goal of the Architectural Committee to review all architectural requests at the next board meeting after the submission is received. Owners will be notified of the approval/denial of the requests within seven (7) days of the meeting.
***All plumbing and electrical work requires the submission of an Architectural Change Request form and the work must be completed by a licensed contractor.***
